School Start and School End

There will be a teacher on duty on the playground from 8.45 every morning.

Before this time, children should not be in the school grounds unaccompanied as there is nobody available to supervise them.

  • At 9.00 every morning a whistle will be blown and the children will line up (Key Stage1 and 2)
  • Children arriving late should register with the Office staff  before going to class.
  • If you need to pass a message to your child’s teacher, please go to the school office and one of the office staff will be happy to help you.
  • If you need to speak to your child’s teacher, please go to the school office so that you can make an appointment to see them; it’s very hard for teachers to talk before school as they are preparing lessons and then supervising the children.
  • At the end of the day, children in Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2 can be collected from their classroom doors.
  • Children in the Juniors will be brought onto the playground at 3.15 by their class teachers.
