Children's University

Described by the Sunday Times as ‘The University of Fun’, Children’s University encourages 5-14 year olds to try new experiences, develop new interests and acquire new skills. The children receive credits for participation and commitment which ultimately leads to them experiencing a full graduation ceremony at Liverpool Hope University.

The Children’s University (CU) Trust is a charitable trust that provides young people with exciting and innovative learning activities and experiences outside normal school hours. We celebrate achievement and reward participation through our certificates. Raising children’s aspirations is important to us and we aim to develop the understanding that learning can be “…a satellite navigation system to better places in life…”.

We work closely with our children and stakeholders to ensure we provide a wide range of opportunities

This year, we have introduced a higher number and greater range of clubs before, during and after school. After speaking to the children, we are including clubs that have not been included before to give the childre

n a greater range of activities.

This year, we began our journey with a fabulous Quidditch Day organised by Enrich Education.
