The Nest: Wraparound Care

Yew Tree Primary Academy is delighted to announce that we will be launching our new Before and After School Club, The Nest, from September 2026.

This development comes after a period of consultation with the school community, following which, we have listened carefully and have now taken steps to increase our provision to support parents and families.

The Nest will begin running at Yew Tree in September, with breakfast starting at 07:45 and after school finishing at 17:30 every day, from Monday to Friday.

We are encouraging parents to register their interest to the school by contacting us.

“We are delighted to announce that we will be increasing our provision to support parents and families with childcare.

“Wraparound care can be a lifeline for parents and families, so to be able to deliver this for our Yew Tree community is really pleasing.”
